My husband & I have enjoyed quite a few recipes from NJFV. Off the top of my head...enjoyed very much the potato pie & the hummus. NJFV was truly a labour of love, capturing several of our family favs. sans the meat, but keeping all the home-style flavour and goodness. A note about the index, this was done by a professional indexing person but I would have appreciated having a few more cross-references for ingredients as well.
